  • The current 3 star rating R&C is receiving is a mistake. Two visits over a few years has convinced me that this Asian spot located on the mezzanine level of Luxor is a solid recommendation. We arrived around 7:30 to find the place pretty much empty. Our party of four got a variety of food during our most recent visit, and opinions were positive. I enjoyed my Alaskan roll (essentially a Philadelphia) and the modest but delicious poke bowl with black rice. Service was courteous and friendly, and waters were refilled quickly. The birthday boy was even given a personalized greeting card from R&C for his 21st (no dessert, but the thought still counts). They also handled my comps without hassle, which makes the value pretty much unbeatable. I'm not sure what has driven the Yelp ratings down, but I'm sure I didn't experience any of the issues other guests did.
