  • The first time I came to Top Design nails in 2014 I was very excited it was cheap, quick, and done. I came here a month ago and the entire experience just felt, cheap. I was overly packed, disorganized, annoyingly rushed and just 'another person' (not customer). The only reason I gave it an extra star is because I basically paid for what I got, a cheap pedicure; which in the end looked ok, I just didn't feel good about it.
