  • Neighbors, I've been a customer of BigO Tires on Happy Valley and 19th Ave. for almost a year. I've had 3 cars serviced there. My son took his 2009 Altima coupe for an oil change and it was recommended due to mileage that he replaces his front struts. Well, the front struts were just replaced and I was a bit surprised that they recommended replacement without even looking at them. A simple visual inspection by a competent mechanic would have indicated that they were recently replaced. BTW, they look brand new. Make a long story short, beware of this practice. What makes this worst was a manager named Tyler tried to justify the practice even going as far as to blame me. I tried to call the owners a couple of times but they are too busy to call a customer back. (former). Go see the new Discount Tire on Happy Valley, by Noterra, south side of Happy Valley or Brakes Plus across the street for oil changes.
