  • Have used them for around 2 years to compound medication for our son with Autism. Have been happy with everything until receiving a new medication last week. Was told one thing by insurance, another by them. Going to pay self pay price until everything gets figured out. I am too frustrated getting different answers from everyone. I would think the pharmacy would have been able to call the insurance to try to help us. Other than this going on, the pharmacy is a very nice facility and staff has been helpful until this incident.
