  • This afternoon I stopped at Fry's Marketplace at Ray and Rural for bottled water on my way home from a friend's house. I have chronic back pain and was forcing myself to stop. I haven't grocery shopped in over a year or more and was worried about finding and lifting the water case. Then I spotted a young woman, a Fry's employee, in the parking lot and told her of my dilemma. This angel's name was Breanna! She said she would help me and she really did! Breanna put the water in my cart and walked with me to self checkout then walked with me to put the water in my car. She went way out of her way to assist me and customer service means a lot to me! I wish we lived closer to the Fry's Marketplace at Ray and Rural! An extremely happy and appreciative customer.
