  • My daughter and I visited this location on the upper level of Arrowhead Mall. I upgraded her iPhone 7 to an 8. The young man working that evening on a Thursday, was very knowledgeable and attentive. He helped my daughter transfer everything from her iPhone 7 to the 8. He was very professional, patient and friendly. I felt like he provided excellent customer service and that is why we have remained loyal customers to Sprint for the past 4 years. I recommend this location for your phone needs. It's definitely worth stopping by to say hello to the friendly employees that work there.
