I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for collision repairs. We had our Highlander towed here after a collision. Once our insurance estimates guy approved the costs CHT Collision Repairs went right to work. It was over the holidays and unfortunately sooo many parts had to be ordered before they could start. After several weeks they called us to give us an update. A few weeks more we called them and they were able to update us with more issues and repairs that exceeded $25,000!!! In total they had our vehicle for 2 months. When we got it back it looked brand new. It was detailed inside and out.
2 months later in certain lighting I noticed dimples in the clear coat and lint trapped beneath. And then during a hand wash I noticed a bend in the passenger door. The majority of the damage was on the driver side front so any damage to the passenger side went unnoticed. Also I had noticed a door ding with poorly painted touch up paint on that same side. What the heck??? We managed to book an appointment to get these issues resolved. They were more than happy to accommodate the repairs because it was under the repair warranty period of one year. It was a bit of a hassle but they got me in and out within 2 hours. The door bend is not 100% but it is 95% and barely noticeable now. I even forgot which door it happened on and really had to think about it when they returned the vehicle to me. From what I could see the clear coat was buffed out and smoothed out. The door ding was repaired. Reception was amazing. They made sure my son and I were entertained in the waiting area. They were even aware that I had been waiting a while and to make sure to notify them if I felt I was waiting too long. Customer service goes a long way even if things weren't done perfectly the first time. They communicate really well and try to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. Even if my next vehicle isn't a Toyota I would still probably take it here for collision repairs. Why not?
