  • I tried EMS @ e-shape due to a recommendation from a friend. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner and trainer Martin. You put on this vest and shorts and he plugs you into this machine, the EMS control panel I guess. You feel this vibration which feels like an all over massage. It's a really low frequency, then he turns it up until you feel comfortably uncomfortable (as strange as that sounds) after you are all ready to go Martin takes you through what should be simple exercises, but with the electrical current makes them feel difficult. It feels like you have weights on and you can really feel your muscles working. After, there's an amazing little massage part that stimulates your muscles and losens you up, like stretching does. Much needed after an intense yet short workout. 20 min seems too good to be true right? Well, it isn't. After the workout I had this amazing energy, like I could take in the day. I felt like I had worked out for an hour, yet it had only been 20 min and then I have all this extra free time to do whatever else I need to. It's the perfect workout for me because I'm always busy and on the go, but perfect for everyone. Especially if you don't like putting in hours at the gym. You have to try it to believe it. Once you do, you'll be hooked. You get an amazing workout with an amazing trainer without all the hustle and bustle of going to a crowded gym. Martin is really great at keeping me motivated, it just makes me want to push myself harder. Thanks Martin & EMS for such a great way to keep in shape!
