  • If heaven were to exist in Pittsburgh, this would be the spot! I was lucky enough to have enjoyed a Birthday cake from Jean-Marc last week, and I have to say, it was perhaps one of the most delicious 'masterpieces' I have ever consumed. Absolutely incredible. The cake was called 'Opera', which I believe features ten different layers. The cake was extremely moist and each layer was decadent. You could tell a great amount of time went into creating this edible monstrosity! Bravo to Jean-Marc. I will not hesitate to recommend his bakery to anyone in the future. C'est magnifique!
