  • TURN UP THE HEAT IN WINTER. Seriously. Doors have to stay open to load planes and such, but you counter that by TURNING UP THE HEAT. I arrived at my gate 2 hours early and sat there *seeing my breath* for an hour until finally I left to find somewhere else to sit, which happens to also be surprisingly cold despite not being near a gate. I can take NE Ohio winters, but I shouldn't see my breath inside when it's only 20 degrees outside. C'mon Charlotte. Also, very few places to sit. Except the few cute little rocking chairs, but honestly those aren't especially numerous or as useful as regular seats or chairs with tables would be. Came here in a good mood and when I leave I'll sorta be dreading having to come back through here. Just saying. But kudos for free wifi, and maybe I'll pick up some long johns along the way.....
