  • This hotel is the worst. Staying here now during the Toronto film festival and they gave me a room literally right by the elevator and won't move me even though I checked in before the hotel was fully occupied for the festival and they could have . Besides the people that stand and talk by the elevators, the bells of the elevator ding all night long and they won't move me or issue a refund. They've done literally nothing to help and In fact they never even called me back after they said they'd look into trying to move me. My company and our 5 rooms won't ever be staying here again next year.
