At this point I don't think I can give them a great review . I like this pet clinic in that it is easy to get an appointment, and the vet techs are fantastic.
I do have issue with the quality of some of the veterinarians that I have seen. This is a perfect clinic for you if you're only going for regular checkups or to spay or neuter your pets. However if you have older pets or have a more complicated issue I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
I struggle with naming names because I don't want to damage someone's professional reputation. It is possible that my cat had extremely complicated issues that they had not seen before, I don't know I do want to start by saying that these veterinarians were extremely kind and professional. I just think they might need a little bit more experience or maybe more used to dealing with more straightforward veterinary issues
I saw doctors A. and Dr Thornton and while both were very nice and kind towards my animals I don't think that they are extremely experienced veterinarians. Dr Thornton misdiagnosed my cat after being unable to read an xray of his stomach and told me he probably had cancer. What he had was just a simple infection that was cured with antibiotics. Dr A is extremely kind and I've only seen him once, but there's something in his bedside manner that doesn't give me a lot of confidence in his knowledge as a vet and I think its the fact that he says um and like a lot on the phone.
Twice I paid $150 for x-rays which were not included in my plan, and the vet said that they couldn't really read the x-ray and for $70 more they could send it out for a radiography. What the fresh hell what is the point of me getting an xray if you can't read it?
I ended up euthanizing my cat a few days ago which was very sad and during the procedure both otechs and dr. A were so so nice. But I don't have a lot of faith and the vets at this clinic and I probably won't bring my other cat back here
