  • If I could give them zero stars I would! I will never contact this company again. We originally called to get an estimate for a move. This is a big one... we have been in the house for 26 years and have a lot of stuff! We did not have a moving date at the time, but All My Sons insisted that we give them some kind of date in order to process the estimate. They assured me over and over that we could make up any date, no commitment. I told them to go with Sept. 4. I called a few days before that to let them know that it would be at least another month, but two trucks and four guys still showed up at my house on the 4th! They didn't charge me for it, but that means that their crew lost a days work! I tried one more time. We still do not have a moving date, but I wanted to hire a few guys to help pack two rooms of the house. They charge $138 and hour for 4 guys, plus an hour of travel time. Expensive, but I was willing to pay. I called on Saturday afternoon requesting a crew for Sunday afternoon. They told me they would try for the next day, but if not we could definitely book for Monday morning. Sunday didn't work out, so they told me a crew would be here between 7:30 and 9:30 on Monday. At 9:40 I called them to learn that the crew had not shown up that morning. They didn't even bother to call to tell me! And the response from Walter, who I had been working with, was pressure to have the crew come in the day of the move and pack everything them, which I had told him repeatedly in every one of our conversations that I didn't want to do! So, in summary, this company is disorganized, clearly is unreliable with their scheduling, and then pressures you to change the way you want to move to accommodate their idea of what the moving schedule should be. Very unprofessional. Call anyone else.
