  • Today was the third time we've used Capitol Plumbing in the last three years and I couldn't be much happier. Prompt, friendly, quick, tidy and effective! They come when they are needed. Today that was just an hour after I first called. Stan had said they would be here within an hour to hour and a half, but they got here in an hour and jumped right into the job of replacing some clogged cast and galvanized drain fittings in the basement. The job took less than an hour, and the problem was solved, the area cleaned up, and after a friendly "thanks and have a great day" all done. I can't comment on cost because I neglected to ask, but they've been very fair in the past. One of the plumbers was Doug, and I didn't catch the other guy's name, but they did great work. By the way, I like businesses where they answer the phone with the company name and the person's name. Thanks Stan, keep up the great job!
