  • I contacted the CEO of this company to address an accident that occurred February of 2016. Today the taxi cab that was insured by this company just sent me a check for less than $500 to fix my car that was only a month old on the day of the accident. Not only did I receive pennies to fix my car it took me writing to the CEO to even get a returned phone call. This company's customer service is horrendous!!!
