  • I have used this location of Visionworks since it opened. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses in April - progressives. The regular ones were great and I didn't have any trouble with them but the sunglasses were a nightmare. They gladly remade them and everything seemed fine. However, after attempting to wear them for extended periods of time they would make me sick. Unfortunately I have had a lot of back to back trips and have been unable to get back to the store until today. I talked to Tim T. Tim was awesome to work with. He will be sending them back for a rework and changing them to single vision instead of progressives since I only really need them for driving. Way to go Visionworks! Thanks to Tim and Andy.
