This is my neighborhood Walmart for 12 years now, it's close and convenient. I'm writing a review to give kudos to Zay at customer service. We purchased a tent last Thursday, took it to the lake and tried to assemble and found out it was broken. Had time today to finally bring it back and my husband was told by a girl with blonde hair and Sean the manager that we had to exchange it since we lost the receipt and we paid cash. I had no problem with that but unfortunately, they didn't have the same tent. I bring it back to customer service and I get Zay to help me this time. When Zay suggested to just take a gift card, the girl said, in front of me that the manager had already said no to that. Zay calls the manager again and suggested to just give me a gift card and finally after an hour of going back and forth, he agrees. My return dilemma was solved by Zay in a matter of minutes. That's the way to take care of your customers Zay, keep up the good work. The girl on the other hand needs to be trained again though, by Zay maybe. Hmmmm. Anyways 4 stars due to the many years I've been coming here and never have I had any problems, people have always been pleasant and because of what happened today.
