I landed in Phoenix today and realized that my Kenta flat iron no longer worked. I was so ticked. I had this Flatiron for 20 years now, but oh well off I went to Ulta to replace it. Normally when I visit Ulta, I'm being told to go there by my friend Angie because they have some great sale long. I was hoping I could get a good deal on a flat iron, but no cigar. The One that I found was on sale for 59.99. I didn't know how I would like it so imagine my surprise when I got it home and it worked like a dream.
CONS: the customer service is nonexistent. I felt invisible the whole time I was standing there trying to figure out the difference in flat irons. This would never happen in a Sephora.
I figured that this place would take care of the customers a little better. I mean, I knew exactly the product I wanted to purchase, no one would help me . From the moment I walked it, I felt invisible. There were plenty of employees but no one helping customers other than the one or two cashiers.
Come on -- Ulta you need to raise your customer service game or parish.
PROS: lots of makeup for girls to play with
