  • We stayed there to see a show at playhouse square. The Bar/restaurant is too small so We could not find a seat before the show and did not eat. We came back after the show and the restaurant had close at 11 so I thought I'll just get room service but no, room service is closed at 11 too. We tried to eat 3 times and could not so we had to get in our car and drive somewhere to get something to eat which defeated the purpose of staying there in the first place. They put us in a room next to the elevator and the noise kept us up all night. The room was also a handicap room (we are not handicap) and the shower was horrible. We have stayed there for shows in the past and have never been satisfied. We will choose another hotel next time we come to playhouse square and just drive to the show.
