| - We love all their restaurants: This one, Sienna Mercato, Emporio and Il Tetto. Have never been to Mezzo, but heard it's amazing too.
Met a friend here for lunch today. Had been here before for lunch and dinner and you always get amazing service not only from your server, but also the hostess and other people who work there. They treat you like family and not only care about your experience but you as a person. As I walked over for work, Skylar was very friendly and did a nice job of keeping her company, which was very sweet. Our waiter was great too, but unfortunately I can't remember his name. Most restaurants don't put enough emphasis on service, but to me it makes or breaks an experience.
I had the homemade bucatini (pasta) and meatballs stuffed with mozzarella. Both were very good. The meatballs were the best. The mozzarella was oooey gooey, which is exactly what you want. The pasta was ok, but I felt like there wasn't enough of it. For $16, I want more than a few fork twists of pasta. I'm sure they're trying to make the meatball the star, but I think they should have given me more pasta.
My friend had an Old Fashioned, which she loved. However, $13.50 was a little extreme for a small glass. She really enjoyed her arugula salad and it looked delicious. She also had the tuna sandwich, which she said was delicious. I'd definitely want to try it the next time.
Definitely go check it out. The service alone is worth it plus as an added bonus, they have great food.
