  • Nothing to see here. Glorified salesman. Unless u enjoy losing ur hard earned money, keep looking. He told us (went with friend) he has a client come in from California for laser treatments? LOL!! from Cali? The largest state in the union; they practically invented laser treatments! Let's travel 3,000 miles to the Fountain Clinic in Cleveland! My experience? Overfilled w/ injectable: he then tried to correct by massaging the filler. Left me with swollen lopsided lip 8 weeks later! Birchall and Fountain have been defendants in 11 Complaints filed in Cuyahoga county. One case going to trial in October 2017. Time to get him the hell out of Rocky River.
