  • Had a severe allergic reaction to food that triggered anaphylaxis and headed to the ER one Saturday night. The admission process was quick and painless -- no wait -- and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and speedy in their work which I appreciated since I couldn't breathe and was kinda sorta freaked out. I ended up staying overnight and the nurses and staff were friendly and attentive the entire time with blood draws, IVs, blood pressure checks, food requests, and all the in-betweens. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'm appreciative of their work to get me better and out of the hospital. In the event I'm ever deprived of oxygen again and covered in hives Southern Hills is my go-to hospital.
