  • Worst company ever! I wish I had read these reviews before getting service with these idiots but since I had a good experience with them a few years ago I thought it would be the same this time around. I am currently having a domain name problem with them. I wasn't aware that you had to renew the domain name separate from their hosting plan. A few years back I was able to. Anyways, I didn't renew my domain and only renewed my hosting plan. When I became aware of this I was told that my domain name is in redemption period and it would cost $100 something to renew again or just wait for it to go public again to buy. I opted for the second choice. They said it would take 70-75 days to renew. 75 days passed and it still wasn't available. I called them and then they said 80-85 days. It's been 89 days and it still isn't available. I call them and now they don't know when it is going to be available. The person I spoke with is a complete idiot and just kept repeating the same thing over and over again and was avoiding my questions. Avoid this company. I had a friend of my who had issues with them transfer to another hosting company. Will be doing the same.
