I can't believe I've never left a review before! I've been here for many than my check-ins have would indicate. I've never eaten the sushi. I usually dine on the grill side.
This is BY FAR the best Hawaiian food I've eaten in Las Vegas. Most places I've been have been similar by and large, but this place excels. I'll comment on my favorite dish: Kalbi
Kalbi is basically the same thing as Korean-style short ribs. The meat is tender and is flavor-packed with each bite. I could eat two portions without blinking an eye and I can't really eat a lot of red meat.
My other favorite thing that I crave is their macaroni salad. The macaroni salads I get at most Hawaiian places are usually very similar and for the most part a little too mayonnaisy for me... good, but mayonnaisy.
The macaroni salad here is PERFECT. First off, it's like a mix between potato salad and macaroni salad and not oozing mayo.
Now that I'm back in this area I will be going a lot more.
UPDATE:
This time I tried the Classic Loco Moco and it was by far the best Loco Moco I've ever eaten. The hamburger steak you can tell was made in-house and was absolutely delicious and super tasty gravy.
