Snap Fitness is almost like having your own personal gym (literally it's tiny) that doesn't stop charging you. I liked that it was really close to my house and easy to sign up. You are given a badge to scan and go in at any time of the day or night.
If you want to cancel your membership, it's like being in a nightmare that never ends.
First you can't just cancel online or even call in the gym to cancel. You have to get ahold of the gym manager (nearly impossible) after many calls and voicemails and 17 days later he TEXTS me and tells me I simply just have to write on a paper that I want to cancel and sign it (What a joke...) then take it in and slide it under his office door (Embarrassing). Now you're just hoping the worker on site enters it into the system. If it's not entered in 30 days before the next billing date they charge you for the next 30 days (understandable but I was trying to get ahold of him for 17 days...so work with me? He couldn't.) I was charged for 4 months after I turned in the signed paper, this isn't including the extra month for the 30 days because the billing cycle crap. I tried calling in and never received a call back so had to take action with my bank to put a stop payment type of thing on snap fitness. I will not go back to Snap Fitness and would never recommend it to my friends but probably my enemies.
