rev:text	PLEASE BE AWARE - THE SKIN ON MY FOOT WAS SCRAPED OFF AND ALL I GOT WAS A SORRY If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!! I'm here in Vegas visiting family and figured I'd go get a mani/pedi during some down time. By the time I decided to go, it was 435pm on a Sunday. Natural Nails was willing to see me if I went in right away, which I appreciated. Coming from California, I expected more from my $30 gel manicure. It wasn't the worse, but it also wasn't that great. I did appreciate that they were able to match my gel color with the color for my pedicure. Now for my pedicure. At first it seemed like my pedicure was going better than my manicure. During the block scrubbing on the bottom of my feet, I felt her do it on the side of my foot, but it didn't bother me too bad. But then I saw the damage. The top layer of my skin was scraped off. I was offered numerous sorry's. At this point I had already paid my $50 and gave a $10 tip, which I was annoyed at since I now had a big cut on my foot. She did clean it with alcohol, but I was never offered my money back due to the clear mistake on their part. They had already closed out the register and I was now the last person in the salon. I'm a pretty easy going and calm person and didn't want to make a big deal, I just wanted to get home. However, I do not believe sorry was enough for the problem I have now. I have no idea how I will put on shoes for the next few days without it bothering me. Please take a look at my picture of what was done to me, which I only received a sorry. I will never return here and I plan on telling all my family friends not to come here.
