  • beware!! i was lied to and later insulted when i called him back when i found out mr. jason ran my credit report without verbal authorization. this guy seriously thinks his approach is kosher, not! far from it. please watch out, he is a liar saying that his system is the only one on the market that does what it does. he will insult you when you call him and try to asking anything that a normal customer would ask. he has zero customer care or service. he just wants to get your money and run out of your house with your $$$ and disappear. he is not worthy of my hard earned cash and people need to know that his rude approach is so wrong and needs to be exposed. you ask to speak with upper management and you get him and he says you have no where to turn and explain your frustration with this one man show fraud company. zero customer relations and his service is third party so go with anyone else and you have a alarm system without the dry and cold lying man. how does your wife sleep next to you. wow. word of advise listen to your customers we are always right. you will make it farther in life and happy customers means positive reviews not these.
