  • My wife called for a free consultation. She was immediately questioned whether or not we were the homeowners and she told them we are. They then began to argue the semantics of our ownership and said they would want to see the deed. They told us that the pre-inspection was only for homeowners, which we are, and they would not do a free inspection. Their ad does not mention being the homeowner so it's irrelevant and a moot point. Their loss, we were going to spend a lot. Very rude, poor customer service.
