  • I tried to call Banner Urgent Care to inquire whether I could have staples removed from my scalp at this location since Banner Hospital told me I could have it done anywhere. TREY was very rude on the phone and continued to talk over me and interrupt me while I tried to explain my situation; that I do not have a primary physician in this state and the hospital did not give me instructions to go to any specific facility, which is why I was calling THIS location for a simple answer. With the way he spoke to me he's lucky I just hung up. TREY needs people skills.
