  • Giving a 1 star on customer service. Never ended up getting my hair done here. I spoke to Midgi on the phone and booked my apt with her. I showed up to my apt right on time. The girl at the front told me to go back and tell Midgi I was here (first red flag). I went back and told her, Midgi asked me what the time was I said 11 and she didn't say anything. I went and waited for her in the waiting area. She then came up to me at 11:20 and said she was running behind. I asked how long she said 1 hour!!! I was shocked, how can someone be an hour behind with just blow drying. Turns out another lady was waiting for her to do extension who did NOT have an apt. The lady even said for me to go ahead because she didn't have an apt. The simple fact that Midgi wanted to take this client over me who had an apt was just rude. I was in disbelief. Needless to say, I walked out.
