rev:text	Ultimately, I experienced a lot of the same issues that are mentioned in the reviews already. I purchased the on-leash package and a shock collar for training my leash-aggressive dog. The owner is unorganized and inconsistent. Was continuously late to sessions by at least 30 minutes each time, and that was when he was showing up. He follows one training process across all different types of dogs with various issues, which begins by teaching place. After about 6 weeks of inconsistency and minimal progress with my dog, I decided to let the owner know, in person, that I was not pleased about the progress and I was unhappy with the service I was receiving. He became very belligerent and made personal attacks on my character and ability to have a dog. My roommate was home at the time and heard the conversation, so he stepped in. I ended up requesting a partial refund (half of original cost) and received it via Paypal. A co-worker of mine used his in home training services. When she got her dog back (7 month old bull-dog)... she was noticeably skinnier, filthy from dirt/mud, and did not know the basic commands of sit or place. My co-worker requested a full refund and did not receive it. Instead, she went through her credit card company and got her full refund. She experienced the same hostile behavior from the owner when she let him know she was not pleased with his customer service or the training the dog received. Find another trainer to work with. If you need a recommendation, I'd be glad to give you one, just send me a message. My 1 yr old german shepherd was able to make progress with the leash-aggression through another business. I'm now able to go on walks, hikes, sit at restaurants, etc with her.
