  • Shannon/Sharron/Cheryl (I forgot her name) did I horrible job cutting my hair. She wouldnt listen to me when I said NO BANGS and continuously said 'im not giving you bangs' I came home with bangs. I also said I wanted it to come to a sharp point in the back, she didn't do that either. I also said I wanted just a trim and she cut off way more than 3 inches. She made me stand half of the time, didn't get my any water when I repeatedly asked, refused to listen to how I wanted it cut and did her own thing. Also barely talked to me. And the manager is so rude and wouldn't even apologize. Do not go here for a hair cut. They are horrible.
