  • First time to service my car outside of a dealership and I was extremely nervous about it affecting my warranty or being done properly. Zach was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Not only did they perform the 40K service but they also handled and coordinated replacing my tires with another company nearby. My car was cleaned and ready on time, as promised. He called or text several times during the day to keep me informed of the process along the way. Zach even waited 15 minutes past closing time for my arrival due to an uber incident in getting there. A little far away but totally worth the drive!! Did I mention the cost savings?? Highly recommend MBZ and I will be back!
