I did not purchase my car here, but I feel compelled to leave a review because of the absolutely abysmal level of service their service department offers. Whether it's rude receptionists, service advisors who don't return phone calls or emails, or ignorance of or unwillingness to acknowledge TSBs, the service department and everyone connected to it's abhorrent practices for treating customers, these guys take the cake when it comes to reminding you that Cadillac is just another GM product.
I now take my car to Earnhardt in Scottsdale, where my service advisor is exemplary in every way, and where the dealership in general gives you an experience that is on par with what Cadillac suggests I should receive after purchasing one of their $70K+ vehicles.
Don't get me wrong, I really wish I could go to the dealership that is within 5 miles of me. But they have been proven to be a non-option.
