  • Very nice facility, easy to get around. Decent food selection in the North Building in the food court. As for the servicing personnel... CSM's, Engineering, A/V, managers, etc..... Absolutely horrible. I have never experienced a weeks worth of useless personnel. Nobody is ever on site to assist, key personnel rarely return calls or give attention to requests made for tables, chairs & misc. office needs; even when offered two to three weeks notice in writing. It took two days to get lighting adjusted in one of our meeting rooms, rooms were not turned as per the specs per day & garbage was never once picked up in one main meeting area. Security, meet & greet people & info station people were VERY kind, helpful and courteous.
