  • My fiance is stranded and having her 2005 Crysler 300 towed BACK to this place after picking it up earlier TODAY for "repairs" to the egr valve ......that was supposed to be fixed the last 3 times at this place !! The EGR valve was not covered under her warranty and she gladly paid for it to be fixed $284 dollars ,the problem was diagnosed by a manager by the name of "tim" and she was told it was fixed and low and behold ...only an hour after leaving with the car to finally register it ....the light comes back on ...now she will have to probably pay a fine for being late with registration. ..this has been ongoing since February of this year !!! How many times does it take to fix a problem your onwn service manager and mechanics diagnose ????? " Precision " should be taking out of the title of your company !!! TALK ABOUT THE RUN AROUND !!! BEWARE!!!!
