  • When I first moved to the area this was the best place. Last 3 times were terrible. My last time here, they washed 5 cars before mine. Would've been 6 if I didn't say anything. When the guy started arguing he said he writes the time of arrival on the window (it was six minutes after I paid at the cashier). When I arrived I was the second car in line. Then after I finally got my car the outside was decent but still dirty and the interior was ok. The Francis and Sons franchise has completely died by way of the 4 east valley locations.
