  • Great service, seems overstaffed & I have to wonder how many will be laid off in a few weeks, or right after the holidays. Chic & Dumplings (smaller portion) was good - I'd have added peas & carrots to it for color. Cucumber/tomato/onion salad excellent. Ordered fried apples, got baked apple pie filling. Good, but not accurate. Corn bread was a little dry, not uncommon w/ cornbread but had hoped for a better product. Too many people coming by to ask if everything was OK. became distracting although everyone was very nice & polite. We arrived about 2:15 pm & no wait!!
