  • I had an appointment here to get my hair and my hair extensions cut, It was set for 2 weeks in advanced, I was getting ready to go on vacation to Mexico(Back in December 2016) I called 1 day before my appointment and asked if I could come in that day instead of tomorrow because something came up. The receptionist said let me check with her. She came back on the phone and said Well actually she would like to cancel appointment for cutting your extensions because she doesn't want to cut them now. She doesn't want to mess them up. I was shocked...For one because this was OK'd with her 2 weeks ago and If I would not have called and just went in the very next day for my appointment would she had cut them or told me now once I drove there to get it done?? I understand she did not want to "MESS" SOMETHING UP BUT the day before!?! I was leaving in 3 days!!! They did not try to accommodate me at all. If they would have said from the beginning that they didn't want to that would have been fine but don't schedule the appointment then the day before WHEN I CALL YOU tell me I can't come in. Poor customer service and no respect for the customer. I had to rush around and find a place to do it within 2 days not to mention it was around Christmas time so it was almost impossible. Prices are reasonable but I would not go back due to this incident.
