  • Nordstrom employees are always helpful, some more than others but I just want to say that Marc in the shoe department did a fantastic job helping me find shoes for work yesterday. I told him what I wanted and explained that my feet are wide and he probably brought me 40 pairs of shoes to try on. I don't like shopping and he made the experience incredibly easy. I just really appreciated his advice and his help and I will definitely come back to this department again next time I need to buy shoes! You spend a bit more but it is worth it for the customer service you receive.
