  • I recently purchased a bike and had a wonderful experience especially as I was making an out of town purchase (arranged my own shipping). I had the pleasure of working with Bob who is very knowledgeable and guided me to find a bike to my exact requirements. I was very impressed by their detail towards customer service and especially communication. These guys go way beyond the extra mile even on something simple as checking to see if there is a rack mount on a fork. Not only did they confirm but was happy to send a picture when requested. This is first class service and some of the best prices around!! Also, I was very impressed with their selection of bikes but also their ability to get bikes in stock quickly. I am a proud owner of a 2014 Norco Threshold A1, which other stores are still struggling to get one in.
