| - The store has great variety of knives, staff is very knowledgeable of different kind of knives and uses, however they are very expensive for me.
They also offer sharpening knives lessons, which I don't recommend at all, what they don't tell that you have to bring your wet stone to the lesson, surprise surprise they tell you that at first 10 mins of your lesson, so you have to buy stones from the store, I was not ready to buy $240 worth of water stones, for the something I don't know if I'm gonna be good at or like it or not. Its kinda defeat the purpose of taking the lesson to gauge if this something you can do and have time to invest and be good at.
So its not $60 lesson its actually $300. Turnout to be that instructor is not that good too, she forget to tell us basics at the beginning, I found out my self going to Youtube and learn more about technique, different type of stones and how to sharpen your knife to be razor sharp.
Overall, I do not recommend their lesson, disappointed with service.
