  • I am moving out of my apartment after a year and a month and I have had a really great experience with them overall. First and formost, the staff is awesome. I lived next door to Brian who is a great handyman and my go to maintenance man! He was always helpful and friendly. The office staff, Mary and Dory especially, are super nice and friendly. The apartments aren't the fanciest and are older and wear and tear is to be expected. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because it could use a little more to and sprucing up in the units due to aging, but at the same time I realize that is pricey and disruptive at times to remodel so it is not an immediate fix. A few bugs here and there like even the nicest places in vegas. I have seen maybe 4 or 5 in the time I've lived here. This side of town is notorious for roaches because it's an older area. Im a vegas native and the fact that this was all i saw in a year is pretty good honestly! There have been very few issues with my apartment and the complex is pretty safe and quiet. Walls are a bit thin but even so, the neighbors are mostly all pretty quiet and considerate. I would recommend this place if you work on or near the strip. It's a really convenient area and close to a lot of things! I will miss this place!
