  • This is NOT located at the airport! You have to take two shuttles to get there! When I arrived I waited in line for over 30 minutes. I was then told that because I was 30 minutes late they did not have my SUV. I instead received a minivan. The minivan did not even have a license plate! I was told this was 'no big deal and if I got pulled over to just show the cops the paperwork in the car.' To me, that is ridiculous! The minivan was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned since the prior rental. And to top if off, they charged me my $300 deposit TWICE!!!
