  • My daughter went to Las Vegas for a wedding party and her car's check engine light came on. She wasn't sure where to go but she got lucky with 1st Response. They spent considerable time on the phone with me explaining the issue and a good amount of time diagnosing and making minor repairs on the vehicle. She is halfway home (to Los Angeles) and so far the check engine light has not returned and the car is still moving forward without any issues. I will follow up in Southern California with my mechanic but kudo's to 1st Response for going above and beyond. All for no charge!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still in shock by that.
