REVIEW OF TODAY'S SERVICE TECHNICIAN ONLY: We have been using Sage for close to a year now and I have a very mixed opinion on their service and customer service, BUT today RANDY, a new Sage employee, came to do a re-service for some issue we have been having and I had to compliment him because I was surprised and extremely pleased by him overall - compared to all the other Sage employees whom I've dealt with. He was very friendly, had a positive attitude, and took the time needed to listen to my concerns, investigate those issues, treat and handle them, and then go over with me what he did and what I should do if I see more pest issues in the future. I wish more of the employees were the same!
