  • This related to the PHARMACY ONLY Pharmacy is now CVS--I went to pick up a script today and the tech asked me in a LOUD voice my last name--which is somewhat unique--the in same voice asked for my DOB. Not cool--I am not age sensitive but I am privacy sensitive and asking for LAST name AND DOC is not acceptable in this age of ID theft etc. There is no reason for someone who is purchasing toilet paper to know my last name and DOB. Install a privacy window or something to protect privacy. Show some sensitivity.
