  • I came in this morning as a first time customer. They are close to where I live and the prices are reasonable. As my car and I were going through the car wash, my passenger side mirror ripped off during one of the first cycles. (I have taken my car to multiple other car washes before and this has never happened). When I pulled up to the area where you get your car dried and detailed, I explained what happened. They tried to put my mirror back on, but it would not stay. I was frantic and very upset as I am a single mom on a budget and knew I would get pulled over if I drove around missing a mirror. After further inspection, it appeared there was previous damage to the car prior to me buying it (from Carmax) about 6 years ago. The clips were broken and the previous owner (I assume) just glued the mirror back on. The manager went out of his way to screw my mirror back on so my car was drivable and safe. I can't thank him enough for helping me out. I am incredibly great full for him turning an awful situation around. You have definitely earned yourself a return customer. And my car looks and smells amazing! Great job! Thanks again!! I will definitely be back. :)
