  • We go to the puppy playtimes on Tuesday nights and my daughter just loves it, so when her birthday came around I had a crazy request and the staff totally made it happen! Dylan arranged a private puppy play time for my daughters 3rd birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect!!! My daughter is obsessed with puppies right now and I have never seen her more excited. We invited a few friends to come with us and Heidi and Tasha set up a little corner for us where we could have our puppy party. They brought out the most adorable puppies, enough for all the kids to play. We were there for almost an hour and I think the 5 kids (and of course the adults too) got to play with over a dozen sweet puppies. My daughter wouldn't stop talking about it all night and asked this morning when we can go back. I couldn't believe how excited and accommodating the entire staff was. Their service was above and beyond what I could have imagined. Tasha and Heidi were the absolute sweetest, making my daughter feel so special and a big shout out to Dylan who took my crazy idea and ran with it!!! I truly don't have enough great things to say and will always recommend this store to friends. It truly was an amazing birthday and one we wont soon forget.
