Kinka Izakaya is a Japanese tapas restaurant. I think they were formally known as GUU, or at least things seem VERY similar to GUU. As expect, the place sells typical izakaya thing - most of which are deep fried meats, assortments of raw and cooked fish, and a small plethora of sake and beer. Would 100% come back, this place is awesome!
The moment you walk in, the whole restaurant is screaming at you welcoming you. Obviously if you don't want a loud place to dine at, this isn't for you! There is a 2 hour seating policy, mainly because it's super fun here. There are some tables, but there are several long benches you share with others.
